I normally get decent service at this location. But tonight I went there and ordered a pumpkin spice latte (hot) and was... informed that their latte machine turns off at 9. I'm usually one of there first customer in the morning and they are always so nice and happy.i know it's early but they always... give me a smile. Evan and Erica are some of the best people and employees they have. They are always so fast. Even when theydon't have what I ordered they always ask me what I would like and make it right. So I just received my DoorDash from this location and I?m without words to how bad it was messed up. 1st my bag was no sealed... just wide open. I was missing a straw for my large ice coffee. And my turkey sausage egg and cheese was missing the sausage. Iordered this exact order yesterday and everything was perfect! The drive thru was ready a problem and slow then they did construction and everyone was hoping for a double drive thru and... instead they put in a mobile order pick up lane that nobody uses and is in the way blocking the driveway. How disappointing toknow that all they care about is getting paid asap. They dont care about you or the fact that you had to wait 30 min in thedrive thru.
