Too many bugs n flies you have to fight in therer to eat your food. The customer service is non existent and the servers may... forget about you so make sure you remember your server to be able to flag them down. The drinks are so good but mostly ice. We got there early after they opened. Hardly any customers were there-one table. We were a party of three and they took their... time getting our drinks and food. We didn't order a lot of food. 2 sandwiches, a pasta dish and wing appetizer. We tippedaccording to the service we received. We are seniors and don't like to come down on young people, but when you serve the publicat least act like you're happy you have a job and glad to see customers are patronizing your establishment when there areseveral others around yours. My first time here I ordered the million dollar Cobb which is suppose to have chicken in...I HAD NOTHING. I had already gotten... home so good opened it... To my surprise, called the store to see how much this salads was $11.99 but I was charged $18.99. Iwill go back to speak with a manager on Friday! UPDATE: I went back today and explained to the asst mgr and mgr, theyapologized refunded my full amount and offered me the million dollar salad that I wanted. God is awesome, I did not have tofight! This experience wasn't the best. I waited a while before someone came to take my To-Go order. Workers were passing by before the... manager finally came out to assist me. He was taking an order over the phone while trying to take my order. I ordered theGrilled Salmon with rice and broccoli. They weren't very busy is why I didnt understand the long wait or promptly service. Theamount of food was disappointing and Presentation very sloppy. The Salmon was okay and well cooked. but very small amount. TheRice was okay but a bit hard. I wouldn't recommend this place not very Business oriented or atmosphere friendly. I ordered 2 sirloin steak medium done, they gave me a well done hard steak It was hard to bite into and the knife they gave us... cant even cut through the steak. The broccoli was already going bad. This was an expensive meal and I was Hungry and hoping fora good food. I do not recommend this restaurant. It is a waste of money they do not put efforts on making their food well. I went here this evening and look at what this restaurant had the audacity to serve a customer! As you can see my potato skins... were NOT fresh nor even hot temperature wise. The cheese was slapped on it and was too thick and not melted. Worse swimming ingrease. I couldn’t use the sour cream because as you also see it was NOT fresh! There were lumps in it and it was mostlywatery. I purchased my food to-go. When I called and asked to speak with a manager a male who identified his name quickly(started with a S) ..and as if too busy and agitated to talk when I explained what had happened he rudely brushed me off andsaid yea yea ok sorry next time you come I have your name you can get a free meal. He asked me to return so he could re-cook itbut I was unavailable and too far gone. The moral to this incident is not about free food it’s about oversight and propermanagement from the beginning! I will never patronize this location again and if you look at the pictures you should see foryourself their not worth going! Very unprofessional and sloppy and possibly risking getting someone sick. The waiter DB was by himself for the 99% of the night for a big party. He got help in bringing out the food at the end. He... handled it the best way he could and got our orders in. I'm not sure if they boil water for tea. The fries were lukewarm, yeah,not great, I know. Props to him, the waiter, but management could have done better. Read more
