I was first in line when I ordered from the kiosk. However, I wasn?t too happy that two customers were served first when I came... in ahead of them!! Another was, I ordered a margarehita flatbread pizza to go and was so disappointed that it had no basil andbarely there cheese! Curbside would be a God sent for families with special needs if they actually brought the food out to you. But this Panera bread... location this never works as advertised. Please stop offering curbside pickup if you are not going to follow through. Read more
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. This is how I got my sandwich with the... paper still in the sandwich. Unfortunately didn?t notice till I was almost done with the first half of the sandwich. CHECK YOURFOOD!! Read more
horrible. ordered online, made modifications due to allergies , still came with the stuff i asked not to put. spoke to manager ,... ?there?s nothing he can do about it ?. also ordered half a sand which , barley cake with chicken , i basically paid for bread. Read more
First time at this place and what good is ordering an iced coffee if you have to make it yourself when you go in? The coffee... tasted awful too. Figured I'd try the subscription monthly and so far no chance. I'll try the teas I guess, but this location isso disorganized that I'm not sure. Read more
Strongly not recommend!! They called COP to report me, just because I was using LAPTOP alone in the corner (with face cover on... and 6-feet to others ). And the service here is terrible worse than any other Panera I went. Read more
Loved this place. Decent options for vegetarian. The Mediterranean sandwich and tomato soup was amazing. The staff was very... accommodating and super friendly. Caramel latte and salted caramel cookie were also delicious . Good for family hangout. Read more
Horrible experience. Most ..not all ..staff is rude. My order was listed as ready but after checking a sandwich was missing. It... was like whose on first between communication among the staff. After another 10 minutes someone prepared the sandwich forgrilling. I had to get back to my office so after about 5 more minutes I asked if it would be much longer. I received a responseof "mam we're really busy" from a young male, and an eye roll to her co worker from what looked like the lead girl in thepickup area. Returned to my office to find that the order was cold due to waiting. No way to run a business & no way to treat apaying customer. Read more
