This place is always fantastic. Enjoyed mussels the fish and my partner got spaghetti and meatballs (off menu), all great. Not... pictured is the beet salad- was okay but really heavy on the walnut pesto which had a weird texture. Would probably get adifferent salad next time. Read more

I was so excited to try this place after living in the neighborhood for a fee years and hearing rave reviews! We even waited a... month for our reservation. I LOVED the ambiance and how intimate it was. Cant complain about the wine list either!! We got themushroom flatbread to start, the cheese was sticky and felt almost like a dairy alternative, which was weird but otherwise waspretty good! I got the ricotta gnocci and my partner got the red wine short rib. The gnocci itself was delicious, but one of thesauces must have been an onion based sauce because some bites felt like eating straight onion. My partner liked his meal! However the dessert was the best part!!! The pumpkin cannolis were delicious!! I usually dont like cannolis but I was ravingabout these! Overall there were just some misses throughout the meal that didnt make it super amazing. I hope it was just an offnight and want to try again! Read more

Italian gem tucked away in Victorian Village. The flavor profiles and wine selection are on point and best enjoyed on the... private patio. Intimate, charming and perfect for date night. Those dark chocolate truffles didn’t stand a chance! Read more

Pretty good meals! Discovered this little gem about a year ago. I've been a handful of times and have never been disappointed.... Both indoor and outdoor seating (heated and enclosed in the colder months). Every dish I've had has been super unique andflavorful. This time buttered cod. The cod, potatoes and veggies were so soft and delicious. Fairly long wine list, both glassand bottle options. Very quaint atmosphere, and friendly staff. Read more

You will so hate it here. Knowing I keep this world class small restaurant and wonderfully engaging staff as my secret paradise... on Neil. The food is impeccably prepared and the presentation is well beyond the price point. I cherish this place. Thecustomers share my opinion. BTW, I have zero financial association there. Just a very satisfied customer. Read more

Overall very good meal in a good moderate upscale feel. Good energy and ambience and personable and genuine servers. It’s a... small place, lots of charm… Appetizers were excellent, mozzarella, carrot purée, balsamic etc. Lovely chicken soup withcoriander. Absolutely stunning pork belly and white bean, reminiscent of a fork ham soup, best dish! Entrees were pretty good, chicken was a bit between tender and tough, carbonara as usual is nothing like the Italian version of it; always an Americanspin. In this instance quite fragrant which is odd for such a savory dish. Walleye cakes, imaginative and lovely. A lot ofredundant garnish usage and side profile pairings such as basil or balsamic or micro greens etc, two deserts with same pairings, trying too hard to be dressed? Simple is better! None the less we had a great time and I will be back. Thanks to everyone. Read more
