If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst Burger King in the city. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches... and 2 small fries and the quality was so terrible that I couldn't even eat the food. The mayonnaise on the sandwiches tastedlike it had been sitting out all day and it made me physically ill. I called for 3 days to speak to a manager and they didn'treturn my calls. I went up there after 4 days of waiting and they said the only way I could get a refund was if I still had thesandwiches. I threw them away. Why would I keep something in my house that made me sick? They said the only thing they could dois replace the sandwiches, so I had no choice but to get them again. Time to try them again but if they make me sick again, I'mgoing back for my money that I wanted back in the first place. Read more
Drive thru was accurate in getting the order correct. Food was hot and tasted great. Thought the hashbrowns were a little to... grease tasting. Crossint breakfast sandwich was still good tasting. Read more
I had to pay for a replacement sandwich after they put cheese on a sandwich requested without cheese for my lactose - intolerant... child. The staff was upset when I asked for a replacement. Buyer beware. Read more
The manager was super rude the store does not close until 12 am and it?s 11:30 pm right now I was at their window at 11:12 and... the manager would not let me pick up my door dash order I will be going to burger kings higher management with this complaintand will be going back into Burger King tomorrow morning to let be known of the managers closeting the store early and beingrude to customers??. Don't believe the posted hours. They seem to close when they feel like it. I tried to take a picture of the posted hours and... they sent the biggest employee that was there to harass me. When I asked he said "we ran out" and call anyone I wanted andslammed the window shut. Employees all laughed...When I took a picture of the hours, they scattered. VERY rude. Read more
Oh man what can I say about this Burger King I blew through here dropping my roommate off to the hospital absolutely fabulous... quick drive-thru service got my order right food was hot fresh I got the big barbecue bacon double steakhouse burger and it isdelicious I'm have to pull over on the side of the road to eat this definitely will come back here and I definitely give thisBurger King a high rating good job. !!!!???? I will never eat here again. The whopper was horrible. The bun was so hard it fell apart just picking it up. Waited in line... forever just to get bad food and the fries were good but when you order a small, medium or large, at least fill up the cup withfries. Is that to much to ask? Food was fresh and excellent for a busy Friday night. Cashier was friendly and service was fast.
