I ate a delicious submarine sandwich earlier today [10-2-2022] at DiBella's Subs at 1539 Olentangy River Rd. [near the south end... of the Lennox Town Center and just north of the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus]. I had had several reasons to bein that area earlier today: (1.) attending a nearby church service because a friend had been a guest preacher there thismorning, (2.) needing to ask a question at the nearby AT&T store, and (3.) wanting to visit the Target at the Lennox Center; soI decided to eat at DiBella's Subs today for my first time in several years. My food order earlier today had been a10-inch-long "Dagwood" sandwich: [turkey, ham, and corned beef; with lettuce, tomato, onion, spicy mustard, "DiBella's FamousOil Dressing," and Swiss cheese; served on a freshly-baked "everything" roll]. I had arrived during a large "after-church" rushthat had created a long line at the ordering counter for several minutes; the DiBella's Subs staff had been able to serve all ofus -- very efficiently -- within a few minutes. There had been many choices in terms of ingredients on my sandwich; the staffbehind the counter had been very attentive to my several requests in terms of what to include -- or to not include -- on mysandwich. If you are at the Lennox Town Center and you are looking for a delicious submarine sandwich [they come in three sizesand in many flavors], I strongly recommend DiBella's Subs. Read more
Was told to grab a ticket and wait for them to call our number. Sat there for 20 minutes they still hadn't called our number. ... They were letting people walk in without getting a number to order their food. We sat there for 35 mins they didn't take ourorder and didn't acknowledge us after they told us to take a ticket Read more
Food was great. Pick up, not so much. I requested curbside and waited 20 minutes, finally gave up and went inside to pick up my... order. Don't offer that option if you don't want to honor it. So, I tipped myself $3 for picking up my food. Read more
The evening crew is not friendly. Cashier was not professional and rolling eyes is unnecessary.
Was in the middle of a 12 hr shift and was in desperate need of a sufficient meal to power the rest of the way through. Ordered... a large sub and was extremely surprised when a mammoth of a sandwich arrived for a relatively great price. It was so massivethat I could have legitimately used this thing as a barbell for a workout. I cannot even imagine what double meat would havelooked like. Great customization options as well. What an amazing job DiBella's on Olentangy River Road, did for me today! They catered an event for over 60 people. Not only... was the food delicious, it was on time, and Melanie Y. took the time to arrange it artfully and made sure it looked scrumptiousto our guests! It was my first experience there. But I had their subs before. I was in for a real good treat. And I do love how they present... themselves and how they are in their ways of helping you out from the beginning to end. I will most definitely go back there. Read more
