5682 West Broad Street Columbus, OH 43228 Did an online store pick up car side order. 1st nitpick: The pick up timer was stopped... at 0:36. Then almost another 2 minutes later the order actually came out. 2nd: Order was not correct. Got an extravaganza pizzaand wanted the olives replaced with banana peppers. Not done. 3rd: Brownie cookie was way over done. Only 3/4 of a center squarepiece was soft. The rest you could knock on a door. And yes I knockied on the counter with to demonstrate this to my wife. 4th:Upon calling the store I was informed I was mistaken about the change of olives but that my sauce change did show. Hmmminteresting eh. I despise olives so I have no doubt in my mind I changed it on the order. He offered to bring another pizzaout..HOWEVER....I'm already home. I am NOT coming back out in the heat for another trip to retrieve a replacement. As I wasalready done with Dominos anyway. This order was simply an order to burn up a free pizza, which was made correctly. 5th: Whichbring us to here. Tripping back to a business who has now added an extra $1 PER ITEM for delivery and RAISED the delivery to $5aint happening. If you order 3 item, as I did, that's $8 for delivery! PLUS TIP! Lets say the tip is $3. You're now in 11 fordelivery. I live 1.4 miles from the store. That's just under $8 PER MILE for delivery. I'm an owner op of a semi and I don'tmake $8 per mile and I have more costs and overhead. Maybe us semi drivers should be charging $15-20 per mile. Lets see how muchy'alls product costs and grocery costs go up then. Done with getting the D from Dominos! I have other more sensible places toorder wrong made and over cooked food from. Read more
I unfortunately Don?t know her name but the lady that works there at night is absolutely nuts!! Placed my order online food was... ready and sitting on the shelf! I got there she look at me and said you have to wait and was very rude.I waited like 10mn thentold her that?s my food she said hey we are busy here! The guy gave me my apologizing! I tried ordering online to take advantage of the 50% coupon but the location wasnt allowing online ordering. So I called the... store to see if I could place an order via phone and they honor the coupon since I couldnt place the order online - The womanwho answered gave me every excuse under the sun to not honor this coupon, going as far as recommending me to order from adifferent location and going to pick it up from there (Which is @ 30 minutes away(1 hour roundtrip)). Cant think outside the boxto resolve issues = 0/10 customer service. Ive also submitted a complaint regarding this. Read more

Got food poisoning from one order a few months ago and then gave them another shot today and our order never showed up after an... hour and then was marked as delivered. It took another half an hour to get someone on the phone and after talking to threepeople they tried to convince us to pick it up as carry out even though it had already been driven around for an hour and a halfat this point so we finally ended up getting a refund but it was ridiculous they were going to charge us for a pizza that didn'tshow up and they never bothered to call when they supposedly could find our apartment so just marked it as delivered instead.0/10 Read more

I am quite impressed with this dominos. It blows any other pizza place out of the water!! My pizzas are always done fast. When I... ordered delivery it was done quicker than I was told it would be delivered. This dominos is not stingy on toppings too, theyload it up. A+ fellas Read more
