I am done with this location. The Managers are lazy! They lie about being open, ive been shorted nuggets! Tonight was the cherry... though! I was refused service, told me no to a side of cheese sauce w a burger! Drove 15 minutes to another location and hadzero issues! Coorperate needs yo visit. Too many mess ups! Mess up orders all the time and give you an oatmeal bar when you ordered apples 3 times the old man that works the drive thru... and the lady manager are rude. Workers play around laughing at ppl like children. Read more
The card reader was down so was cash only, but if you use app to pay for order it will let you pay with card. Food was good.... Nice and hot. Read more
This location is by far the worst because of management. They shut down at 11 when they are supposed to be open until 1am. I... asked the manager if I could still order she said no because she isn?t about to work 6 positions. It don?t take six positions tomake chicken nuggets. We went through the drive thru at Wendy?s on W Broad st tonight for dinner! Everything was correct, I know some of you are... thinking well it should be but in this day and age with the employee pool being what it is finding good help is hard. On November 22nd 2022 I was going to go to this Wendy's to try the new peppermint frosty that Wendy's has been advertising on... tv. So I called first, because I know how these different restaurants are always out of everything. The hamburger places be outof hamburger, the chicken places be out of chicken, you know how it goes. So I called to see if they had the peppermint frosty,and of course they did not. So I decided not to go there. So as I was traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday I decided to lookup two other Wendy's that were in route to my destination. I called a Wendy's in Bowling Green, Ohio and I also called a Wendy'sin Findlay, Ohio and to no one's surprise neither one of those Wendy's had peppermint frosties. So I have come to the conclusionthat Wendy's have been advertising the peppermint frosty just to get people into their restaurants, because they figure once thecustomers are already there they are going to order something. Smh. I am curious to know if anybody anywhere in the world hashad a Wendy's peppermint frosty. Read more
