We always order pizza from papa john but tonight they deliver us a wrong pizza, ordered the original crust but we got the thin... crust not only that also spicy we don't eat spicy pizza. We switch from pizza hut to papa Johns now just ruin my pizza cravingfor sending me a wrong one. Read more
Normally Papa John's is my favorite go to pizza place, but this order was disasterous. I decided to try the garlic bread sticks.... The interior box that was inside the pizza box gave way letting all the garlic butter run out all over the box, soaked throughto the pizza box under it, leaving a huge mess and plain breadsticks. I was sooo disappointed. I should have taken pics of theother box beneath this one. The boxes were transported home on someone's lap so they were never tilted!! My kids were looking forward to eating Papa John's since we normally eat elsewhere, but this time wasn't too pleasant. The pizza... was delivered barely warm. Half the pizza looked pretty gross with some of the cheese missing. It just looked messy and notwell cooked. Read more
Today, I called the local number, ordered a basic pizza, and was told 59-69 minutes for delivery. When we reached 75 minutes, I... called, and the automated status reported that our pizza was due 6 minutes ago. So, I hit the option to speak with someone. Ididn't catch the name, but they said they are on a 2 hour delivery status. When I asked about my order, and why I was told adifferent time, they said "you didn't speak with me, it must've been the call center. So you want to switch to pickup?" I thenasked if my pizza was sitting in a warmer, I was told it wasn't even in the oven yet so it would be hot when delivered, theyonly have one driver. I asked to cancel my ordered and suggested maybe they needed to update the call center since I was given avery different time expectation. They said "thank you for the suggestion" and then they hung up on me while I was stillspeaking! Yikes. Definitely major customer service failures. I'll order elsewhere next time! Read more

With being short handed the delivery times have been very long. The staff is always polite and apologetic. They try to do what... they can to make up for it and the pizza is always good. Read more
