Since I have to give one star to write this , I'll spare them this star but only for this comment.. I literally just walked up... to the door to eat , and they were locked. I get someone to come to door only to find out they weren't going to open it , whenthe sign read open until 8 pm. I showed lady my phone read 6 pm and she said no still, the drive thru was the only thing open. Isaid no big deal, I'll meet you at the window . She literally said " you have to have a car to eat ". The pretty much stop serving breakfast whenever they feel like it, regardless of the stated times for breakfast. Last two times,... I got there at least 20 minutes before the close of breakfast but they had already stopped serving breakfast. Read more
Can?t follow directions no matter how clear you are. If you order a coffee with a splash of milk and no sugar, you?ll get it... light and sweet. This was the second one after I inquired about the first one. Read more
Service is horrible. I go for lunch around 12 and the guy who takes my order is always extremely short and rushing me through my... small order. Then when I get to the window to pick up my food he literally looks into my eyes and doesn?t say one word at all tome. Even when I say thank you he ignores me completely. He?s making customer service employees look bad, when a lot of them arevery friendly and doing a good job. He needs a refresher course on customer service and just straight respect. Read more
Went through drive through, we asked for large coffee with milk and equals. We were way down the road when we realized there was... no milk. My friend told the manager and the girl was laughing, who served us, we told the manager, she didn't care. Theyshould make these people take an English test before hiring. I tried to call them to have a situation rectified multiple times to no avail as I refuse to go in there. Even during the drive... through they were less then interested to even be there to work and make money. This order was very simple, was not complicated.It was a Sausage McGriddle Meal with no egg and no cheese. So it is just the McGriddle Bread and a Sausage patty, that's it.
