Very disappointed in the customer service. I called a number of times to see if it was necessary to reserve lanes for bowling on... a Friday afternoon. When no one answered, I went ahead and paid for 12 people, but when I arrived, the in law?s said they werenot bowling. The guy at the desk gave me the manager?s email and said it wouldn?t be a problem to receive a credit. It was $44,so I was hoping for at least a credit. Not even asking for a refund. Apparently, if you overpay, you have to use the credit thesame day. Well I would have, if that had been communicated. After following up twice, I finally received a message that I couldonly be refunded for the shoes, but have yet to receive a response concerning that! Read more
Me and my wife went here to relax and have fun away from the kids. It was a nice and clean place. But what got me was the... workers. There was a guy name Joe that was doing the food and drinks. He made our night. He was funny and super helpful. Thenthere was a guy name Ronnie who was the manager we ask if we could have a lane that wasn't congested. . He said no problem andwhen my wife shoe seem to slide more then her liking he was quick to switch them out... Had a lot of fun. For sure would goagain. Read more
????I was very very DISAPPOINTED!! I called this location in advance to make sure their was availability Sunday. I was assured... that it was and will be. I get there and was told that it was completely full but only 5 lanes were being used and everyone elsewas was just sitting and talking. Meaning that I had to move my Son's birthday party to the location on Sawmill Road, where wehad a great time even though most of his friends couldn't go due to the location change. ???? Read more
Staff is nice. Food is terrible. Pizza was worse than a 2 day old frozen pizza. Mozz sticks were avg microwavable quality. Wings... were the same. Over priced food for what u get. I reccomend eating before u go. Bowling is very well priced. Animations arecool, lanes and seating area is clean. Lots of up to date games, kids had fun. Read more
I decided to plan a softball team Christmas party at the Stardust Lanes in Grove City. We had a great experience and the girls... (13 years old) had a blast. They were very busy but they worked really hard to make our experience a great one. Food was goodand great customer service. Like I said, the bowling alley was packed, but they did a great job of making sure we hadeverything we needed. Read more
Very over priced had two adults two children played four games and they charge a game a person which we were charged a total of... 8 games $142 total. Cocktails are very over priced will not go back. Bowling used to be economical for families not anymore. Read more
