They have one person there that takes orders through the drive thru I believe it's a woman and she is so rude. I almost don't... even want to order when she is working. Friendly, but that doesn?t matter. People running the drive thru charging tax on food orders consistently. There?s not tax in... Ohio on prepared foods only beverages and I don?t order any beverages, so they are intentionally charging you 7.75% for all yourfood items for extra revenue. After deciding to come in to place my order because the last three times that I've been to separate McDonald's locations through... the drive-thru they were wrong so I went in to this location first attempted to use the kiosk but the option to add breakfastsauce to the biscuit steak and eggs was not an option so I had to go and wait for a very rude gentleman and a blue shirt with nocustomer service skills at all to finally acknowledge me to take my order and almost at like because I have an attitude for noteven being acknowledged I was going to not take my order and had an attitude himself because he was taking care of drive-throughexpediting front Expediting and nobody was there to actually run a register and he came at me like I was in the wrong pleasebring back customer service not just this location but every single customer service job there is I did 20 plus years in thefood service industry and customer service customer service and being good to your customers will always bring them backrudeness will not no matter how good your product is Read more

They definately need to hange their Grease.. fried have been undercooked, not fresh, hasbrowns have been disgusting with and... old taste. Sausage mcmuffins are always burnt... the mcdouble bread was hard. I came here 5 times in 1 week while waiting on myreplacement stove..I will not be back for awhile. Read more
