Every time I come here around 8-8:30pm they tell me they are closed! When the website says their open until 9pm! This time there... was 3 employees still in the build. I have a long drive every night, all I wanted was a coffee!! Read more
Small counter space inside but amazing staff! Everyone was so helpful and seemed like they all genuinely got along well. I had... to meet with a client to notarize some documents and we had no idea what to order ???? Absolutely awful. They close on random days, change their hours three times per week. This has been going on for months now.... This location's inability to stay open has flooded every other Starbucks in town, so now they have a perpetual line that extendsinto the street. Pitiful management. It used to be my go-to, now I think I've actually been able to get a coffee there 3 timesin the last couple months, otherwise I've wasted my time pulling into a business that's "closed" at 2pm with a lot full ofemployee vehicles. The staff is always friendly and they do a good job. The only problem during the pandemic is you never know when they're going... to be closed. Which I cannot fault Starbucks for that or the employees of course. However it might be helpful if they had orangecones or something like that that they could put it in the Drive-Thru line to indicate their closed often times I see peoplewaiting at the speaker not realizing that they're closed I know that sounds silly but it does happen. Visited this store today and accidentally ordered my drink wrong. I apologized and asked it to be made with a dairy free milk... instead of cows milk and they seemed to have an issue doing so. They added $2 onto my total (which I was okay with because Iassumed the dairy free milk is an upcharge). Then I heard them say, multiple times, 'we're not remaking the drinks' to eachother. So I let the girl at the window know I really can't have dairy for health reasons. It can make me sick for days at atime. I get my drink and I'm just not confident that they remade it at all. I am well aware that dealing with customersdietary restrictions can be a hassle however, they could end up making someone sick or even put them in the hospital due totheir bad attitudes. Almost solely drive thru location. You can order inside, but there's no indoor seating and only a few seats outside. Went Sunday... morning and line was about 10 cars deep. Line moved fairly quickly but getting in and out a little tricky if its busy. Otherwisea typical Starbucks Read more
