This place is a joke, I had to literally ask them if they were Tim Hortons they never ever have donuts or something not working.... We live local and use to stop daily for coffee and they never have donuts especially after 2 and by 6 your lucky to getcoffee. If they do have donuts hope you like glazed and stale because that's what you get. Ice cap machine always broke.TheStaff are rude and unprofessional and this place needs closed down. Read more
I?ll start by saying that I LOVE Tim Hortons? their coffee, sandwiches. I have come to this location for a few years out of... convenience but won?t be returning if I can help it. I?ve never had a nice experience with any of the staff. They?re quite rudeand always seem put off that you?re there in the first place. Frequently out of ingredients like hash browns, egg, lettuce andtomato. Today I ordered a Bagel BELT, sat in a 2-car line for 20 minutes and received the wrong order. When I asked if there wassomething wrong I received a double thumbs up and condescending response. This location is garbage. Manager for Saturday morning was rude and disrespectful when I came in instead of waiting in the drive thru that was around the... building. The kid that took my order was the worst.
