Great spot for a quick healthy lunch! I was looking for a burger place when I noticed a long line outside of this place. I was... overwhelmed by both intrigue of the long line and a feeling of guilt over yet another high calorie cheeseburger and fries lunch. I'm not much of a salad eater. That said, if you're looking for a great salad, this is the place to visit. Everything was fresh,... plentiful, and the staff was great! They make your salad right in front of you with only the ingredients you choose. There isplenty of protein options but dont expect to find lunch meat on the menu. Really great salads and fixings place in Huntsville - also in a great location! Has outdoor seating and cool hip vibe seating... upstairs I loved how they let you build your own salad or choose one of the great combinations in the menu. We had the WhollyMoley and a build your own - Make it vegetarian AND they also had vegan options too ???? Their salads are amazing! I would absolutely recommend getting a salad getting from there. Their service is great and they... always have high quality food and hygiene. The place has a very modern nice feeling to it. The food has plenty of options foradd - ins and food choices. The employees are very kind and helpful. This is one of the best salad places in the Huntsville /Madison area if not the best. Read more

What a neat niche thing. Don't knock it till you try it. Delicious variety of gourmet salads made fresh right in front of your... eyes. All of the myriad of ingredients are delicious and fresh. We were late to the party on this place, but now we are lovingit! I'm told a new one is opening up on South parkway and Bob Wallace soon. Highly recommend! Read more
The best place in town to get a delicious salad. Yes, it's a little pricey but I consider it an investment in health and weight... management. They have great order online and delivery. Much better than fast food. You could probably make two meals on everysalad. Read more
