Today we waited 25 minutes for anyone to v cvs one over, not even anyone to get us a drink after being hot and playing golf.... They know on Tuesday they have a ladies league they should staff appropriately! Read more
I was informed that they no longer take any walk-ins in October 2022. RESERVATIONS ONLY After the experience I had last night I... felt like I had to write a review. They had karaoke and I went to sing and enjoy dinner and drinks. It was delicious. We enjoyedsalads, soup, drinks, perfectly done french fries and that chocolate mousse dessert. There was no problem getting service, whichis why we quit going long ago but the little girl with the nose pierced was fantastic on point and friendly. The food wasfantastic my table was cleared promptly which is very nice because a lot of people just let you sit there with dirty dishes atyour table, so you may as well stay home. They checked to see how the food was and it was done exquisitely. I'm really happythat they got such a great staff such a clean atmosphere and such good food. And it all would never have been known about ifthey didn't have that karaoke which has been missing for so so long. There were tons of singers and they were all great therewere dancers it was so much fun. I'll definitely be back and I hope they have the karaoke again. I love to be able to dine in anice bar where my glass is literally a glass filled with the drink of my choice. Top notch. Next time I'll take pictures. Read more
While the restaurant was in a very pretty setting by the magnolia golf course I found it had a very limited menu. There were... only one or two vegetarian choices and the other foods were quite sauced up with creams and such. Also it gets very hot againstthe windows and they don't have blinds to help keep the heat out on one side of the room, so it gets a little hot. Overall itwas fine but not what I was hoping. Read more
GONE WAY DOWNHILL...New menu is horrible. Worst $40+ ever spent on a meal. I used to bring friends here since I thought it was... a great find...really used to LOVE this place. Yeah not anymore. Gave them many chances, not sure if its a new staff ormanagement, but it has really changed. New Menu is missing many good items they took off. Why take off Chicken fingers? Thatis basically a staple to every menu. The also took the Haddock Sandwich off and it gets replace it with a salmon BLT. Wow, Badchoice. Being able to get a haddock sandwich for dinner on Friday's is common for many people moving down from theNorth(basically all their clientele in Magnolia Greens and Compass Pointe). I have even asked to put the make the haddockplatter(which you can only get on Friday) a sandwich and they won't do it. Not sure why, it is not like they are slammed.Anyway, I ordered the platter with fries and coleslaw. Basically received 2 OVER COOKED SMALL FISH STICKS and 10 soggy friesand tasteless coleslaw. The fork on the container if to show the scale and size. Oh it had some hush puppies in there aswell...It all went in the garbage. Horrible!
