Rudest manager ever seen, people standing waiting on there order to be taken and all he was worried about was door dash orders,... ppl steady walking out the door because of his attitude, finally had to use the machine to place a order, if it wasn't for mygrandson I'd walked out. Pulled up to the drive up window and places an order that included two plain hamburgers. Pulled up to the cashier and paid by... credit card. Never received an recipe plus the burgers were only half wrapped. Plus the first burger's role was hard. I amguessing it was hard because it was re-warmed in the microwave and as we all know bread does not do well in the microwave. Thesecond burger was wrap a little better than the first but still not completely wrapped. The bread not as hard but certainly didnot taste fresh. Read more
Terrible experience. My wife and I walked up to counter waited for a couple minutes and we were totally ignored. Asked was the... register open and the workers would not respond. Finally after asking a third time is the register open, someone yelled at me?yeh but use the kiosk?. At that point my wife and I left and went to Hardee?s. I?m glad we did. We have tried multiple times to get breakfast from the McDonald?s on New Pointe. We waited for about 30 minutes in an unmoving... line and finally gave up as we were then running late. There was no time to get food from elsewhere, so it was long, hungryday! The prior trips to this McDonald?s resulted in only receiving about 1/3 of the food which we had ordered and paid for!That?s quite a money making scam, charge for the full order, then save money by keeping a portion. Although McDonalds had beenmy favorite fast food breakfast place for about 20 years, I will no longer be attempting breakfast here. Thanks for helping mebranch out with your money saving scam! This is one of a very few who didn't complain nor turn me away for wanting mustard, pickles and onions on my egg Mcmuffin. And... the beautiful lady line cook did it perfectly!!!!! The staff is awesome although I would love to see all our McDonald's honorour women and men who've served this country such as our Veteran's and that's the only thing this McDonald's is missing. Food was great but rudest service I?ve ever had. Girl with very short hair and glasses at the window was short with us, snatched... our card out of my hand and didn?t bother to even look at me. Asked to read back order told me to hold on and never did it. Hadan attitude the whole time. Read more
Slower than an ice cube going uphill. They keep their delivery numbers low by pulling cars into reserved spots? then you?re... going to have a 10 minute wait while they empty the line. they will wait till all the reserve spots are full then attempt tocatch up. Read more
