9 shot Americano to start my Sunday every week. Love my day off, and regardless of the price, I love me some Starbucks.
I had stopped off in another Starbucks this morning and let's just say they couldn't get my coffee right. I think the girl was... new and she did try to fix it. They were very busy at the time so I took the incorrect coffee and left. On my way to work Istopped off at the Leland store and asked if they could just charge me for refill I really didn't want to pay $14 for one coffeethe other one I certainly was not going to drink. I threw it out. The girl at the counter was amazing she said no it's on ustoday! And she made sure that our communication was correct made it exactly how I like it and that is what I call customerservice! Even though it was not their store who had made the mistake she still held the company to standards and took care ofher customer I respect that very highly!! So thank you Jazz for making sure my day was started with a good coffee and I'm suremy coworkers would thank you too lol. Also let me not forget the other associate that gave me the extra bit of sweet cream thatI asked for as well at the end. I did not catch her name and I'm sorry but if you see this I Hope You know who You are you girlsare amazing being in management myself I appreciate associates taking care of their customers no matter how busy you may bethroughout the day or how tired you are for getting up so early and making all those coffee even us picky ones you areappreciated! Every time you order from this location they can?t seem to grasp the concept of getting a drink order correct, it?s always wrong... every time. Leland location is terrible from a Starbucks standpoint, and seems to need to find competent people with brains. Read more

Went through the drive through. Guy at window was great. They have good customer service there. The drinks are made well there... as well. I will come back often. I ordered an iced apple crisp macchiato with extra apple brown sugar syrup, caramel ribboncrunch Frappuccino with 4 agfogato shots (I like it strong) and then I ordered peach green tea lemonade (light on the lemonadeand extra peach) All were amazing. I ordered my usual blonde vanilla latte with oatmilk on 11/7/2022 at 7:44 am. I was about five miles into my drive when I... started drinking the coffee. I had to pull over because it made me sick!!!! The coffee did not taste the same. I tried callingthe store but the line was busy ALL day and evening. Very disappointed. Read more
