The service & food were both horrid. 3 cars in line and it took over 20 minutes. My tenders were inedible, they were old and... very hard. The fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed. They didn?t give straws at the window then walked away so wehad to wait until someone came back and the lady yelled ?what? at us. The lady taking our order kept saying ?hold on? andmessing up everything we said. They just need to shut this Arby?s down. Read more
Paid 11.07 for a DOUBLE roast beef, small. Got home and it was a regular flat tiny roast beef sandwich and a half box of fries... with some torn up napkins. ELEVEN DOLLARS AND SEVEN CENTS! It wasn't even busy. I was the only person at the drive thru. What awaste. Never again. Done with Arbys. And DO NOT give me a 5 mile long web address to go, to "share more details" I tried thatbut it wouldnt let me submit anything. It kept saying that my actual VALID email address was invalid. They have the pecan chicken salad sandwich.... They hardly put anything on the sandwich as it is... They said they only have it... during the summer... And now they've discontinued it. I have been through this four times. Going u get the Great pecan chickensalad sandwich and I get hit with the gut crunching news that they are gone...make up your mind. Read more
3 cars in the line. Al had to pull off and wait forever for their one bag of food. I waited over 20 minutes for to French dips.... To get home and realize wow I didn?t even get all of my order. Every single time we come here we have missing food and so slow.Every time we keep giving this location chances. No more. One time is accident and ok even twice but EVERY time we have missingfood. Read the order as you put food in the bag it takes an extra second. And your customers will be a lot more satisfied?Sopeople don?t waste their time and have to come back or pay for food you didn?t even get. Read more
Ordered poppers and a fish combo. The poppers were not dropped on order and were taken from the fry lamp. As usual when a Arbys... does this they do not stay hot enough to keep the cheese inside melted. I asked how long the poppers were there and the employeesaid 10 minutes. I asked for fresh ones and she took them out of the bag and tossed them into the fry warmer. Nee ones weredropped while the rest of my food sat in the bag. At this point, they should have offered me the fish and fries and offered tobring the poppers out. By the time the poppers were done, and I sat down to eat, the rest of my food was cold. While eating Iwitnessed 2 employees sitting on the counter where you get napkins and fill your drink. Very unsanitary. The tables were nevercleaned and the floors were full of food. Went to Arby's to eat lunch today and check out the new renovations. Boy was I disappointed. After ordering we went to the drink... bar and it was disgusting! Drink spilled all over the bar, trash scattered around. The packs of Arby's sauce where busted andhad dried sauce caked on them. There wasn't a clean table in the restaurant. The trash cans where full and my sub was just ok.I'm really disappointed now, this Arby's used to be awsome! The restaurant got a upgrade but the service got a down grade! Read more
Don't go here if you like arbys sauce with your food. I asked for extra arbys sauce and offered to PAY for extra sauce and the... guy still refused. I understand not getting extra sauce for free but if I buy food, I deserve to enjoy it and don't mindpaying extra to be allowed to enjoy my food. Being refused to purchase extra sauce is just ridiculous. Read more
