The person who took the order war rude like she was rushing me it that all anything else..... then ask a name for the order I... get to the window give my name and she say what did you order then pay and go to window 2 and wait and wait while everyone inside just stands around the whole process took 35 minutes from ordering to getting food turning into McDonald's!!!! The service was great until I got to the window I realized while in line I didn't order a drink so I asked if I could add one... the lady didn't know how to do that. Then at the window to get my order I noticed everyone had on gloves so I asked if they arelatex free because I have an allergy the guy responded he didn't know I had to ask again if they were latex free and he had togo find the box. I got home and part of my food was missing. I'm not sure the experience or food were worth the cost. Read more

Friendly and quick service. The biscuit however was just not edible in my opinion. I had ordered a cheese biscuit hoping for... nice gooey slice of cheese in a warm biscuit. All I got was a cold piece of American cheese inside a luke warm flavorless flatbiscuit that I think had been sitting out for 2 hours. I ended up throwing it away and I never just throw away food. I had the pleasure of working with the crew during opening. Members from corporate were there as well, and they were incredibly... considerate and patient. The crew, despite having clashing personalities, worked amazingly well together. Everyone communicatedand kept touching base with each other. It helps to have a supportive boss. The food is absolutely FANTASTIC. I am SUPER PICKYabout chicken, and their fried chicken biscuits ????????????. If you don't like fried, they also have grilled though. Theblueberry and strawberry muffins are JUMBO and delicious as well. Read more
