Just left this location looking to grab a quick bite. We walked in and waited 5 minutes to have no greeting or anyone take our... order yet the people behind the register kept walking around with their drinks in hand having side conversations and staring atus. Another customer walked in and completely cut in front of us, didn?t ask if we were in line or anything and they decided tohelp her instead of us when we had already been there waiting before her. We dined inside the restaurant on this visit. The food was great, the staff super friendly and the prices were great. We felt... really sorry for the girl working the counter who took our order as a homeless looking guy (looked like he hadn't bathed in amonth, carried several clothing items and a backpack, acted very intoxicated) harassed her relentlessly. Had hoped the malestaff would have intervened to help her. One guy finally did for a few minutes but the guy started harassing her AGAIN while shewas on the dining floor wiping down the tables. To her credit, she handled it flawlessly. She's definitely an asset to therestaurant. Read more
Hard cold fries which weren?t the fries I knew and loved, mushy cold burger with a gross mushy tomato, my sons hot dog was so... small I still had to go home and make 2 regular hotdogs so he?d have enough to eat. The other double burger I got was tiny andthe wrench wrap chicken tender was burned. If you think your not gonna cook and want to go here, you?d be smart not to. Very good food for the price. Sometimes can be in line for 30-45 mins with long lines, Chickfila does a better job with lines.... And when there are long lines they usually forget part of the order so always check your food before leaving. Other than that,no problem. Read more

Sadly this cookout location has went downhill drastically. It was one of my favorites for the longest, but the past 2 times we... have went have not been pleasant at all. The staff were great but the food has just went to the gutter sadly. I hope that thingsget better, but unfortunately, right now I dont believe I will be returning. But everyone has there own opinions & should trythings for themselves before taking the suggestion from someone else, so definitely try it out 1st. Read more
