the store is fine, but it would be nice if i could call them to order.
Very very upset with the way I was handled today. I placed an order I asked for delivery because I am sick. The order came and... was left on my front porch with the wrong pizza and the wrong person?s name on it. Tried to call the store four times no onewould answer. Tried to call the 1877 customer service number first time held for 40 minutes and then left a message. No onecalled me back so I called again held for 20 minutes heard a person pick up and then muted the phone and would not speak. All Itried to do was have food delivered while sick and not have contact with people. What a waste of money. The customer servicesucks. I ended up eating breadsticks for dinner. Literally go by here every Friday because it is the only little Caesars in Lincolnton every Friday I order the same thing and... they try and scare you off by saying it's gonna be 45 minutes on pizza. They won't answer the phone so you can place order aheadof time. I have to order food well done because otherwise you end up with raw dough which is ridiculous considering you have towait for almost an hour to get the food. They also act really disrespectful and irritated if you don't just take what they wantyou to take like they get mad if you order a classic instead of the extra most bestest. Which we only order because we don'twant a pound of cheese and undercooked pepperoni. The employees should remember if they go eat somewhere they would eat whatthey wanted from there because they are paying for it and quit trying to force people to get stuff for there own convenience. What is this supposed to be? This just arrived burnt dried out torn to pieces and rock hard not even edible. I ordered crazy... bread and this is what I got extremely disappointed. Read more

Did a mobile order for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. It was done on time but they did not bother mentioning that they were... out of garlic butter. So I got dry bread with sauce. The pizza tasted good but looked like a child made it and cut it with theireyes closed. Read more

I've been here twice. The first time they didn't have breadsticks or crazy bread. Okay, sometimes supply runs out. The second... time, I sat in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes only to find out that they had no pizza ready, no breadsticks, and no crazybread. It's really not much of a pizza place without any of those. Read more
