Food was not served as ordered. They had half of their seating blocked off and kept shouting at everyone who walked in that they... were short staffed that day so they just closed off sections. Many of us left and many were left standing because the seatingwas closed off. Seating us, quietly explaining, offering coffee and juice while we wait...things could have been handled so muchbetter. If I was running it, I would have set up a self service coffee, juice and milk bar, maybe grab and go sacks withsomething I had on hand like cold cereal and milk, or I would have gone to get some store bought donuts and given them free tothose who couldn't wait. They knew as soon as the call off happened that they were going to have a difficult day.they used theirprecious energy and time to further drive customers away instead of trying to reach the goal of feeding them and sending themaway feeling appreciated and valued. Something to show that Waffle House appreciate everyone who stopped even if we couldn'tserve them that morning. This store was an embarrassment to Waffle House. Read more
