We had a wonderful breakfast at the I-HOP at 8622 US 72 W. in Madison, AL this morning. The entire staff was on point, providing... one of the best experiences we have had since COVID destroyed restaurants? ability to get and keep good employees. Well, itfeels like this I-HOP has fully recovered and excels at customer service. Working as a team with great timing on everythingincluding coffee and drink refills, food delivery, regularly checking in without pestering us as we enjoyed three breakfastscooked exactly as ordered. Kudos to the management for hiring training and putting together a great team who work together sowell. And thank you for bringing back the kind of restaurant dining experience we have missed so much. Read more

Very horrible experience. Since pre pandemic, good services and good customer service. Now in post pandemic, quality is so poor?... I?m not even expecting much, but this was bad.. My food did not come out together, the waiter forgot what we ordered after shewritten it all down. Order was incorrect, our pancakes were tearing apart, at times I thought the waiter forgot about us. Thewater given to me taste like toilet water, not that I know what toilet water is but anyway. Read more
