So this place really did better than we were expecting. Haven?t been to an Outback in years. This location is a new concept they... are testing, it?s a much smaller restaurant. Finishes inside were nice and interior was very clean and fresh looking. Mack wasan excellent server that knew the menu and the drinks. Our food was cold and was not medium rare! I believe our waitress let it sit there for awhile we got there at 7 and didn?t leave... until almost 9. Super disappointed. Not coming there again! The bartender was nice. We still tipped 12 buck but we usually tipabout 20 because I was once a server. Oh well horrible in experience. They were really out of rice and Brussels sprouts andTabasco sauce. I am mad because I was craving a steak lol ???? so the husband still owes me a steak. We had a "Galentines" night on the 12th at Outback due to one of the ladies having a great experience the week before. Our... experience was not the same. It began with the drink order, I asked for a specific drink and was told by the waitress they hadit. When she brought the drink, I informed her this wasn't what I ordered. She told me they didn't have what I asked for so shebrought this instead. The potato soup was too salty to eat and had to be returned. I ordered a medium well steak and it wasburnt and cooked "very well". One of the ladies baked sweet potato was undercooked. However the broccoli was delicious. Themanager brought my steak out to ensure it was cooked medium well this time although it was still "burnt" on the exterior , butnot once introduced herself or advise us who she was. Once we determined she was the manger and advised her of our experiencethus far she offered us free dessert. Which was very nice. It took another 20 minutes just to receive our bill. I didn't takepics of the meal but did take one of the free dessert, because once I got home and went to eat it to have some joy from the badexperience, there was a hair in it. Read more
The establishment was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The food, however, was not up to par. I ordered my steak medium.... It looked medium but felt well done or beyond that. It wasn't seasoned at all. The best I had was the house Salad and the bakedsweet potato. Read more

We had lunch there today, had a great experience. Food was very good - we started with blooming onion, then had two burgers,... the blooming chicken, and steak sandwich, all with fries. All was fresh, tasty, and timed well. Hailey was very nice to seatus, and JLynn was fantastic and super friendly taking care of us with orders and drinks. Our service was PHENOMENAL tonight !! As anytime we visit this location! Today I wanted to celebrate my Fiancé and his... promotion so I brought him to one of his favorite spots! From the time we walked in until the time we left. Or waitress MsLeslie was no other exception. Even tho she had to come see if we were ready to order several times she didn't rush us to orderor seemed annoyed that we weren't ready. She kept or waters full and when we emptied our drinks (alcoholic beverages) promptlyadded if we would like to order another. The young lady she was training will do very well following in her footsteps! As far asour food it came out fresh and piping hot! We ordered two of our favorite appetizers the Kookaburra Wings non breaded hot andthe infamous Bloomin Onion. For our Entrées he ordered the Expresso Butter Bone In Ribeye and I ordered the Caramel MustardGlazed Pork Chops. I had mine accompanied with the Smokehouse Mac and Cheese and Over The Top Brussel Sprouts ( which were todie for!!!! ).
