We recently celebrated our anniversary at Red Lobster. I love sea food and it is one of the few places where I can get a plate... with lobster, crab and shrimp along with sides. My spouse does not prefer sea food and found other nice options. They offered usa nice free ice cream dessert. We have also used them for takeout/delivery with good results. I've been here twice so far. My girlfriend and I came here for date night both times, and my first experience here was... excellent. Got the date night special, and everything was delicious and served in a timely manner - with a smile. The secondtime was quite a bit busier (Friday, go figure) but I still found the service to be quite attentive. I never felt forgot about.If I were to give a solid critique it would be on the crab clusters. They were slightly overcooked ; nothing night-ruining butnoticeable nonetheless. We ate here for lunch on Easter and normally we have a great time/meal but this time was a little different. Usually the quality... here is amazing, food is great, drinks are good. This day the quality just seemed rushed and the food suffered. It wasn’t asgood, clearly noticeable difference from before. Everyone at the table said the same thing, just okay. The dine in experience is good as it ever has been. The curb side pick up, has many issues. Order took 30 minutes longer than... projected and I had to go inside, which I don't mind TOO much since I understand dinner is busy, but once we got the food homewe found it was burnt. The Brussel sprouts were charred and crunched while the salmon was so dry you'd think it was jerky. LateAND burnt? Not good. Read more
