The manager at the Monroeville location is rude and disrespectful. I had several problems with him. Not a nice person!! Everyone... else there is good. This was 11/16/22 I ordered bowl fried rice and honey seame chicken. It wasn't ready this manager said itwill be a 5 min wait. No problem my food will be fresh for lunch. He bought my food out and toss my bag at me. I said to him whydid you throw my food at me!! He kept walking. Later that night I was vomiting and couldn't stop. My first thought foodpoisoning. They didn't cook my food all the way and long enough. Today is 11/20/22. I'm still sick in bed can't eat holdanything down. Fever weakness down bad. Good thing I kept the food from Wednesday. I didn't finish it all. So I have to take itinto Dr's appt that I have. Hopefully it will tell a story. I will never ever eat from there again!! Never been so sick in mylife. Read more
Surprisingly large portions despite inflation! Started with big scoops of lo mein and then they started piling on chicken. The... teriyaki itself was a couple of tenders so I feel like you're immediately doing better than other fast food places... and theplate comes with another entree. If I'm gonna pay 10+ bucks for a combo meal I'd rather come here. Would like disposablechopsticks, since the sides are a bit of a pain to manage with a short fork. Read more
Great food- kids enjoyed it. Gladly go back for the food ???? Could have done a better job on billing- Ordered 2 orders of 2... entree plates and the 2 Chicken Egg rolls - this should have been considered as a 3 entree (bigger) plate , but the egg rollshad been charged as extras. Food was good but we couldn't figure out how to order our dinner, online, using a coupon emailed to us. And then our chicken... bowl, PREMIUM orange chicken, was a plant based chicken which wasn't explained to my husband when he ordered it. It actuallytasted like regular chicken and was good! Read more
I like it. Not a fan of the eggroll. Steak was an upcharge and it was terrible. Kung Pao is my favorite.
I don?t generally write negative reviews but thought I?d share what happened. Went in at 9:20 pm to get food and was told that... they only had 2 choices of entrees left, so I thought of coming back another time. Went in the next night at 9:05 and was toldthere was only enough food left for a bowl (one entree). If I wanted a plate, an egg roll would be my second entree (really?).Is this a soup kitchen or a restaurant? I don?t know any fast food joints that stop cooking/serving half an hour before closingtime. Would definitely not return to this location. Read more
