The indoor area is always close so if you was to pick up your order or just simply walking in you can?t do that... a lot of the time because it?s closed off to the public but the app has it that you could pick up your order inside that?s veryconfusing. Poor customer service wow... The female in drive thru pretty much was shouting how she felt about the customers in her earpiece... out loud where those waiting at the front can hear it all it was bad. She would say no ignore him i already took his order, toldthe other female at the front to close the door so customers can stop coming in it was awful. Made me uncomfortable actually.
