This morning I ordered a very simple bagel with bacon and egg. It didn't taste, it had no soul! The bacon was cold as well as... the egg, for sure they gave me some left over. Not even a thank you from the cashier, but she asked for my card again, askingfor a tip! Are you kidding me? Next time I go to wawa. No passion anywhere for anything. Read more
Einstein Bagels has always been one of my favorite breakfast spots. This was my first time at this location and I would say... avoid it if you can. They only had the basic bagels with exception to a couple of their specialties but they did not have thelarge selection that other locations have. The onions are sliced super thick so every bite of my sandwich tasted like straightonion. Lastly one of the employees I ordered with was not very professional. She was helping her coworker make some orders andvery loudly was complaining about some type of management issue. I gave 3 stars because I believe that all of these problemscan be improved which I?m hoping they will be because I just moved right next to this location and I?d like to come in moreoften. I wish this thing had a negative star rating... My go to order - Onion bagel, toasted, butter, lox, onions and capers. NO cream... cheese NO tomatoes ! How difficult is that? First visit - NOT toasted and cream cheese on it. second visit - cream cheese Thirdvisit - Not toasted, NO butter. but not only that, I gave the cashier $20 to pay for it, he ran into the back of the store, andnever did give me my change ! Finally found a bagel place that is worth going for. We drive 45 minutes do this location due to our other one that we normally... go to being closed while this one's even better than the old one we liked you. Even my daughter loves it and it is very hard toget a picky eater to eat a bagel. The staff is very friendly. Read more
Unfortunately things have gone downhill at this location. Maybe it is the staffing issues related to the pandemic maybe not. I... They were out of the chocolate chip coffee cakes that they?ve always had for years. The vanilla hazelnut coffee was empty and ittook three different patrons asking for the coffee to be refilled before it was done. The tables all had crumbs and food on them?surprisingly dirty. The coffee counter had all the dried coffee and sugar all over it. After the short rush was over no onewiped down the counters or the tables. I saw two employees get drinks for themselves from the soda machine which is not a bigdeal, but no one cleaned up the coffee counter or wiped down the tables -the place is a mess. I spent $17.51. The nova lox hasless fish, less cream cheese, and less tomato, and less onions than it did a couple years ago. I used to love coming here, butI will not be back. Bummer. The bagels are all very flavorable. But they're a little skimpy on the items on the sandwiches especially. As you can see the... avocado spread on my sandwich was a little thin, and the other sauce that they were advertising either was very thin or almostnon-existent overall though it still was a filling meal. I really enjoy the various bagels sandwhichs and smears when I come in. However, I won't order online again as they have no... option to toast the bagel or customize. Come on could add a protein or remove an item be that difficult... or do you want ittoasted? Read more
