This place is garbage. Everything says this place opens at 4:30. Waited for about 15 minutes and then asked the guy what time he... opens to confirm. He said 5:00 with an attitude. Myself along with 3 ladies were waiting and all were bummed and brought to hisattention that the online information says 4:30. He got an even bigger attitude, repeated himself that they open at 5, and thenstormed off to the back like a baby. It was quite comical how much of a child this guy acted like. Anyways, they might have goodcoffee, but I?ll never know because I?m not giving them any business. Read more

I ordered hot mocha. The woman worker (didn?t get her name) said sure! But then realized the espresso machine was off. She... offered to make a mocha with coffee instead. Reluctantly, I said yes why not. Coffee is a bit too strong for me but I wasexhausted so figured what harm could it do? She said it was on the house. Sweet of her. Long delays of layover flight and thiswas the highlight of my day. The drink wasn?t bad after all! Read more

I was briefly here for a connecting flight and stopped in for a little pick-me-up. I inquired about the relative sweetness of... their espresso drinks and the guy behind the counter was very helpful, even showing me how much syrup they put into their mochas(I don't like super sweet beverages like Starbucks). It turned out to be perfect in terms of sweetness and the espresso tastedgood as well. I'm very pleased with this place and will definitely look for the next time I'm in the area! Read more

After our flight from Seattle got delayed, we weren?t going to have time for a sit down dinner in Phoenix, on our way to... Atlanta, as we hoped. Cartel saved us with their premade sandwiches. Love the alternative staff! They were super sweet andhelped us get out of there in a hurry so that we didn?t miss our flight. And the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. There wereItalian wraps and Turkey, but, $10 dollars for a little premade chicken salad sandwich? It was a little pricey! Sorry I can?tspeak to the coffee, we didn?t get any of that. But we really enjoyed the craft sodas in a can! Read more

I was surprised to get a really good coffee from a spot in PHX. I know most shops in airports have a limited menu, service,... etc., but this spot by gates C12/14 in PHX is on point. The iced CCL is goooood. Read more

Stopped to get a wake me up at this coffee shop in the airport and it seemed the staff didn?t want to be there as they were very... unpleasant with the customers. It was hard to watch as they were treating older people who obviously had a hard time hearing sodisrespectfully. I would suggest customer service relationship training for these employees immediately. Coffee was decent butMay have been overshadowed by what I witnessed. Read more
