The quality is very low. They serve a $8 "grilled cheese" which is on a flavorless Baggett with "three cheeses." Not sure the... cheese qualified as food - not that there was enough cheese on the sandwich for me to taste it. The sandwich tasted like aMcDonalds Egg McMuffin but without eggs or the meet. Just gross. Seriously it's so bad it makes me question why it's on themenu. Why would such a public place intentionally sell something so obviously disgusting? I'm not stating a preference either. .The sandwhich is objectively bad. Just make regular grilled cheese sandwiches and solve your problem. Read more
Expensive for a place with no sit down service and eating out of throwaway containers. Food is good though. The checkout is... weird because with the way they put up cough shields there is no place to put your selections so you can pay. Staff is verynice. Read more

One of the Best Morning experiences in a Airport Ever! Olive & Ivy, I hope Phoenix Sky Harbor know what a pleasant atmosphere... you receive from this establishment! I came in before they opened and they still helped me! Top notch Customer service. Everyone was greeted! The staff's all look like they really like each other not just tolerating to get through the day. This wasa Saturday morning everyone was busy all on the same page. Now just with that in mind. I had a blueberry muffin. I experiencedother customers really enjoying their food. No one looked unhappy. As the flow of customers came in and the market got busier. Not one of the staff members missed a beat. Staff were offering to bring your food or beverages to the table. I can't talkenough about this place. When I see excellent Customer Service!
