Lived up to the very high hype. Great crust. Perfectly executed in a wood oven. My favorites were the Rosa ( pistachio is a... yes!), the Sonny Boy (even the olives) and The WiseGuy. Staff is friendly and wine was solid. Pro tip: get there at 10am toget in line and make the first seating at 11am. Otherwise your wait may be 3-5 hrs. Read more

Totally worth the hype! The handmade mozzarella was to die for and the pizza was incredible. Better than I even anticipated. I... mostly cannot get over the insanely good bread and oil dip. Read more

We had a party of 8 and were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Our server was Bianca. We had a couple people with dietary... concerns (gluten free) and there wasn?t really anything for them except for two dishes. And when asked if anything on the menucould be modified, it was pretty limited or no changes could depending on the dish. Our server didn?t seemed too thrilled to beserving us or answering our questions. Over the course of our lunch the server warmed up a little and overall ended on agenerally neutral note. At the end of the day, we wouldn?t come here again. The food we did have was delicious! Especially thefresh mozzarella. I hope this was just an ?off? day but we left less than satisfied. Read more

Here is a quick update on Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. For those that don?t know, this place is known for some... of the best pizzas in the country. Pizza is damn good, for sure. I can?t say it?s the best pizza in the US, though, because Iwould have to eat pizza everywhere first. Here is what I can say, this little gem of a pizzeria is located in the heart ofHeritage Square. The building was erected in 1929 as a Machine Shop and now a pizzeria. Pizzeria Bianco has been here foraround 20 years, and continues to rank as one of the best pizza joints in America. Along with the fame, comes the line ofpatrons trying to get their hands on some of this dough-liciousness. The service was outstanding, and the venue stimulated manythoughts about the past due to its placement within the historic district. We tried their local rice lager ???? beer, amargarita pizza, and their specialty of the day, their wise-guy pizza: all finger-licking goodness. I gave this place a 4.5star and ranked it as a UNSLACKABLE review top favorite. Read more

Such a delicious dining experience. The pizza was as good as everyone says it is. Long wait (2.5) hours was extreme, but worth... it for the foodie experience. After watching Chef's Table, I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was fresh andserved to order. Service was great, too. Read more

Super small place kind of tucked away in a spot you wouldn?t expect, with a really old school, charming feel. We ate here for... lunch after the science museum. It?s an easy walk from there but small inside, we had to leave the stroller outside. I had themarket salad and tried the margarita pizza. It was good! Small menu, so look it up before you go to make sure they havesomething everyone will like. The service was good as well, friendly and they did a good job. The cook helped me get a goodpicture of the oven from a better angle. ???? Read more
