I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and after being utterly disgusted because it was... uncooked I called the restaurant. And apparently they just (lightly) sprinkled salt and pepper on the chicken. It honestly feltlike they took a piece of chicken an threw it in the microwave and placed a bun over it! After being here several times; It's well-made food for a decent price. It's not fast food, give them the time to craft it... fresh, it's worth it. The indoor dining area is scant and not fancy, there are a few items to catch your eye, but I suggesttaking your food home or eating in your comfortable car. I have been looking forward to this chicken, seeing it?s been 2 years since I last had it. Well, went in tonight and what a... disappointment. The chicken wasn?t crispy like I remembered it. It was actually the opposite, soft and gross. Very light incolor. We won?t discuss the older lady at the register, no personality and seemed to be in a rush. Pushy! Ordered the 5 wing lunch special w/ 911 Sauce. Ordering experience was great; great customer service. Wings & fries were... seasoned well & really tasty. But... "911 Call your doctor" is misleading. They're hot, they're just not 911 hot. More likeTexas Pete with cayenne pepper. Still REALLY good wings, but not the hottest. I would order here again. Read more
