The kid that took our order at night, had a attitude, my husband couldnt see the cc machine to put his card in, so he asked the... kid to help him, all he could say was no Sir, you do it. Then he has us go to a spot to wait, he brings our order, no NAPKINS. Icall a nice girl, she told him and he sent her. The food was cold, what a change, hopefully just a bad day. Read more
Three stars because we did receive our food. However, they made us drive to a third window when there are no other customers... here. We only ordered two big Mac meals. Should be simple enough for McDonald?s to produce these meals without sending us awayto a third window? Read more
The service here is always good and the food is always fast. It is South Lake Tahoe, so the price is very high compared to other... McDonald's I've been to (although, I haven't been to many in California - this may be the norm). I almost had a stroke one timewhen we got two breakfast meals and a coffee for $30. I'm not complaining, just sharing my experience ????. Somebody's got topay for that food to be transported here. Read more
I understand that most businesses are short staffed but every table was filthy. We found a bottle of disinfectant and cleaned... our own table. They wouldn't take our order at the counter. We had to use the kiosk which wouldn't have bothered me but theyyelled, use the kiosk. Couldn't just tell us please use the kiosk politely. Read more
Look, this is a pretty good McDonald's. The people are nice, the burgers and chicken nuggets are decent, the drinks are cold.... Just don't get fries. They're always undercooked or stale or under-salted or simply without any salt at all. Considering theprice of fries it's just not worth it. Skip the fries, get another burger. You'll be happier! Bad customer service and employees are very rude. Especially the one with big earring hoop. He was super duper rude. I order hot... coffee and told them I wanted fresh and that I was willing to wait what ever it took to get hot fresh coffee. He gives mycoffees very cold. And I told him the coffee is not fresh, he started arguing back saying that it was fresh when it wasn?t. Iwent back in side the McDonald?s and this lady very nice helped me and makes my fresh coffee. What a total difference between acoffe that?s freshly made than one that is been there for long. Read more
The food is way overpriced, which is true of every McDonald's right now. The worst part is, the sandwich was thrown together. If... you notice the picture, that's what it looked like when I opened the box. I asked for ketchup 3 times and had to shout to beheard. The person behind the counter asked me what soda I wanted, but the choices aren't listed anywhere and some McDonald'shave the machines that mix syrups for a number of different flavors. I had to ask her to list the choices rather than her justoffering the choices. Let's say I was not impressed. I think I'm done buying at McDonald's. Read more
Food was delicious & fresh cooked. A VERY nice employee by the name of Erin was so very friendly & made friends with my... daughter. She was awesome. If McDonald's in South Lake Tahoe sees this, give Erin a raise. She's the best!! Read more
