I placed an order for 2 chicken burritos via Uber Eats recently. While Uber did nothing wrong and actually delivered my order... ahead of time, I was disappointed that I only received 1 out of 2 orders and paid full price. I can?t condone what this locationhas done to me or other customers. For the burrito I did receive, it was as expected though the sour cream was all out into oneend of the wrap. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered 1 item on the app and I waited over 30 minutes past when... my order was supposed to ready. It was evident that the store was very disorganized and understaffed. I have nothing bad to stayof the staff they were clearly working very hard and looked overwhelmed. It was clear that none of the online orders were comingout there were many people waiting just as long as me. I asked once about my order and it never came. I eventually had to giveup and just leave empty handed after paying for the order and waiting 30+ minutes after a 9 hour work day.
