I placed an order for 2 chicken burritos via Uber Eats recently. While Uber did nothing wrong and actually delivered my order... ahead of time, I was disappointed that I only received 1 out of 2 orders and paid full price. I can?t condone what this locationhas done to me or other customers. For the burrito I did receive, it was as expected though the sour cream was all out into oneend of the wrap. Don't come here. The place is dirty. Look at other reviews. The staff is not motivated to keep the place clean. Come on folks.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered 1 item on the app and I waited over 30 minutes past when... my order was supposed to ready. It was evident that the store was very disorganized and understaffed. I have nothing bad to stayof the staff they were clearly working very hard and looked overwhelmed. It was clear that none of the online orders were comingout there were many people waiting just as long as me. I asked once about my order and it never came. I eventually had to giveup and just leave empty handed after paying for the order and waiting 30+ minutes after a 9 hour work day. There is clearly amanagement issue at this store? not enough planning and staff for the volume of orders. Do not order online ever at this store. Read more
Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also very skimpy with servings/toppings. They forgot to give me my queso, but did not... forget to charge me $5 for essentially a bag of dry chips. When I called back to request a refund they refused and said I wouldhave to come all the way back in person to fix the mistake that THEY made. I was waiting for an Uber Eats order and the restaurant had 3 overflowing trash bins sitting by the register. The wait was... pretty long and the staff was a little short and dismissive. Read more
I would go back even tho this particular one always mess my order up.......but it's good.
They never have Guacamole at the end of the day ???? the rice is always undercooked.
