The 3 staff didn't have any idea where the gift cards were kept, once found, they had to call someone on the phone on how to... process it. I am so disappointed with the level of help here. More basic side of chicken order was even mixed up I ordered andI ordered 10 dumplings and when I got home there where only 5 yet charged for 10. Very disappointed and would like a manager toreach out to me. I'm so afraid the gift card will be I correctly processed. It's for a birthday gift and I will be mortified ifmy $50 gift card is rejected by the birthday recipient. Stay tuned to see if the card can be used. No faith in the staff atall. Read more

I always love their customer service. They know I'm vegan and provide help on which items have dairy or fish ingredients. The... kitchen is also pretty fast. Read more

Customer service was great! Though the food was not what I was expecting it to be? I believe the regular chicken was mixed with... the spicy chicken (was not cooked) and the white rice wasn?t cooked either. I love WaBa grill, but it?s just not the same foodas it used to be? not giving up on you though, maybe next time it will be better. Read more

The chicken and steak bowl was excellent! Plenty of meat cooked to perfection! The Dumplings are delicious too.

Service is HORRIBLE. Waited in total 40 minutes for my order. And this is supposed to be a fast food place. Also, this wasn't... rush hour, this was a Sun night. When I got there, there was no line, I was first. Rather than welcome me or say anything, Iliterally had to wait 15m to even be acknowledged. Even then, it was only because the person behind me asked what the hold-upwas. Rather than ask me how she could help she just started taking his order. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. Noapology for the wait or ignoring me, nothing. Then had to wait another 25m for my actual food. Again, no apology for the longwait. The food was good, only saving grace, but not amazing or worth a 40m wait and interacting with lame employees. The oldergentleman making the food seemed like a hard worker. They were definitely understaffed. Read more
