Sat at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before server even acknowledged we were there and before we could order we were told... there would be a 15 minute wait for any chicken, and all we wanted was a couple chicken sandwiches. Went through the drive thru earlier today sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to answer me over the intercom and no one answered... so I drove around to see what the deal was and the 2 people who were working the window were standing around drinking theirdrinks and talking to each other. Really disappointed I always come to kfc and was made to feel like they didn't want to eventry to take my order. I never written a review before but felt like management should know that their employees are deliberatelyignoring paying customers. Read more

Ordered 2 combos at drive thru..thigh & leg combo and 4 pc combo. They ran out of gravy so we opted for fries with one combo... and cole slaw with other instead of plain mashed potatoes. The cashier was super friendly. We waited longer than expected to,had to pull in parking space to keep line moving. Employee who brought food to our vehicle was sweet and apologized for longwait. Chicken and fries were piping hot. Tasted real good. Biscuits didnt seem as fresh but they werent terrible. Overall agood meal. Read more

I ordered 10 piece original chicken with two large sides and 5 biscuits. It was awesome. My husband who usually doesn't like... chicken ate 4 pieces of chicken. The sides were great. Read more
