Just went there and ordered 2 coffees inside. Waited for over 20 minutes and our coffee never came. Other orders placed after... us were taken care of. Staff standing around talking and joking only 2 of them actually working. Then we went to asl about outorder, blonde lady acted like she didn't care and rolled her eyes at us. Demanded a refund right away and the polite cashierthe only guy working helped us and we declined their recovery card. Will never go there again, and will let my coworkers whomeet there once a week to avoid this location. Read more

This Starbucks has gone down hill since reconstruction and getting a seemingly new staff. They always appear disorganized and... I?ve waited upwards of 25 minutes for a simple black coffee. I gave 2 stars because the staff are generally friendly andapologetic, which I appreciate, but waiting so long for a drink when you?re on the go is frustrating. I think this Starbuckswould benefit from some additional training to boost efficiency, and I do hope they can turn it around! Read more
Usually I love this one. But recently it seems the younger staff doesn't listen to the drive through well and has gotten my... drink wrong a couple times. That's not big deal. What bothers me is today when they did this. They took the cup I had handledand drank from back on the line. Handle'd it with un-gloved hands. Refilled it with what I wanted. Not even rinsing the stuff Ididn't want out. So the flavor was still off when I drank it. But then after fixing my order. She just went back to making moredrinks. Didn't even wash her hands. So she contaminated the line with my cup and then every cup after that. In a time of monkeypox and covid I just feel like basic food handling skills should be followed. Read more

This is the cutest Starbucks I've seen! I usually never sit inside a Starbucks and usually go drive thru but I was waiting for... my car to get work done in the same plaza. This location is decorated very nicely and it's a big Starbucks. It's a greatlocation if you wanna study or get some work done. However I waited for my drink for a while because I realized the baristaswere putting some of the drinks on the mobile order section instead of calling it out, so be sure to just check that area if youorder in store.
