I just hate the idea they don't have a barcode on the recit for the points ???? el pollo loco has it ,burger King has it... ,yoshinoya has it and including chuck e cheese has the barcode on the recite like when r u guys are gonna add it. Line in drive thru was not long when i went in line. Only 4 cars in front of me. When i get my turn to order, i was told to... wait. Took about 10 to 15 minutes or so before the person came back. Cars were honking behind me. I even turned off my enginewhile waiting. The line took forever to go that i turned off my engine 3 more times to wait. Moving to the pick up window thecar in front of me didn?t even bother to stop and get his order and just drove off. When it was turn to get my order, i gave mycar to pay and the cashier gave me a wrong order which was the guy in front if me order. So i told the cashier my order. I gotmy order finally but then my food was already called. No apologies from the two employees in the window. They didn?t look likethey were rushing or anything but just taking their time to make the order. Making each person in line wait before taking theorder. We wanted McDonald's fries that night so I ordered large fries. Didn't check the bag when I got it because it was given to me... closed. When I got home, this was my "large" fries. Kind of a bummer. Like didn't even try to make it a large order. Hopefully this isn't how fries are given at this location all the time. If this is how fries are served, where else are cornerscut. Read more
I hate giving bad reviews but I have to this time. So I ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese it looked good, at the begining as... I looked at it... I noticed the meat was half cooked. Poor service by Carlos. I ordered fries for my daughter. Sat at the pick up window for about 8 to 10 mins. No one at the window,... I am thinking what happen. I ser my fries sitting there waiting foe someone to hand them to me. Finally, Carlos comes to thewindow and I said, I been waiting a very long time, and I am sure my fries are cold by now. Carlos response "you not the onlycustomer ". I said "I am at this window". May I speak to your manager, he said oh I shouldn't have said that, I said may I speakthe manager She came, I told her what happen. she apologized. I contact left a message on the number foe complaints 3 times, noresponse. I saw the manager at a meeting and told him what happen, he took notes, still no response. Poor customer service.
