One of the most poorly managed locations in the city! Absolutely no sense of time when it comes order-taking. Incompetent staff.... Ice machine has been broken for years. Never fixed. I am surprised it continues to exist in its current state without any sortof noticeable improvement. Check your food before you take a bite to eat !!! I ordered bean taco; gave special instructions 3 times that, I am... vegetarian and make sure it is Beans Tacos, I got my order and guess what, it was Beef Tacos, I went back and let cashier know,she get me new order which took 10 mins; meanwhile my fries get soggy, she did not apologized for wrong order. Waited 35 mins for 2 small tacos. They said it took so long because they had to make fresh beef. Funny thing is that he beef was... ice cold. Seeing that they only serve beef and chicken, it should be ready at all times. If I wanted to wait that long for somefood I would have went to a real restaurant.
