Nothing less than Perfection, here! Tender melt in your mouth Wagui beef. Tops in garlic roasted green beans. Smooth salmon and... amber jack sushi. Even the water was good. I went with a group of 3 for lunch on Friday. We sat indoors and ordered miso soup (spicy, original), two deluxe sushi plates... (one pictured below), and Brussels sprouts chips. The total came out to be around $150, which I thought was reasonable given thefood quality and location (Fashion Island). The service was excellent — the server was attentive and friendly without beingoverbearing, and she had some great recommendations for appetizers (which is how we ended up deciding on the Brussels sprouts).Overall, it may not be the most authentic, but we really enjoyed it nonetheless: the fish was fresh, and the sushi wasn’tdrenched in sauce like most American places. The decorations of it are beautiful but if you look into the details, you will see the dirt all around like chairs, tables, the... trees and even on the towels which you have to use as a napkin.
