It's Ben & Jerry's; I'm not sure how much one would need to elaborate! The ice cream is obviously amazing, the rustic decor is... on brand with their image, and the staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. My kids will often take a little more time than mostpeople to decide what they want, and none of the staff have ever given off a vibe of impatience. I've gone multiple times andplan on going back. Best Ben and Jerry?s location! I live in California, so we don?t have many Ben and Jerry?s out here so I always make sure to... stop into the store to get my fix when I?m in town. It just tastes better than the grocery store version! The new manager,Margot, is a breath of fresh air and has excellent customer service. Lovely spot for amazing ice cream. I love their ice cream, the quality, the flavor and their values.
Let me start off by saying the staff is always great, I gave 2 stars because most of the time I go into the place they don?t... have basic things, I have been in a few times and ordered a Sunday, they had no whipped cream or hot fudge, not the end of theworld but you think that ice cream place would have there?s things. Like I said this is not a one time thing, this has happeneda bunch. The staff told me that they didn?t have a manager so their ordering for products has been off. We will probably not goback for a while, we can just go to the store and make what we want at home!! Read more
