As brand new parents, my husband and I came to Shake Shack for our first (quick) outing without our newborn. We were so excited... to have a beer and burger and shared this excitement with Mario Hernandez, the manager, who took our order just 15 minutesbefore closing and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing & memorable experience. This place is the apex of delish for my family now. Not a bad item on the menu. Burger of dreams. Fries to die for and sure,... fries are not healthy, but as least these are tasty. We did a pick up order via website. Smooth, easy process. There's no curbside or pick up parking spots, so we parked and sat on... the benches and waited for the notification that our order was ready. All together, very simple process and great food. Read more
Updated review cause I've had a couple visits since the previous review. Customer service team reached out to make things... better, but today's visit prompted me to update. Thank you to the manager, Mario Hernandez, for making today's visit great.Friendly from start to finish. My order was well packaged and correct. Order was ready when I came back from a couple otherstops I made in the shopping center. Mario offered me all the sauces I wanted since I was taking my order home. Still reallylike the shroom burger. I did get a shack burger for my dad, and he enjoyed it! Fries were great! And I may need to get largequantities of the shack sauce cause that's good on everything! Read more

Just another quick burger spot, food is a bit pricey but compared to other spots not too bad.
Oops. Just noticed that somehow 5 stars appeared in my review. Only meant to give 2. Shake Shack is good but it can be shaky at... times. On our second visit, service was a little shaky. Upon arrival, there were 2 teenagers in front of us chatting away. Theorder taker tried to get their attention so that she could place their order but was unsuccessful. We asked the teenagers ifthey were in line and they said no. The order taker then waved us to the counter to place our order. The order taker lookedfrustrated as we approached her. We placed our order and went to sit down. Within 3 minutes our burgers and fries were ready.However, another shaky moment occurred: the fries were cold! We went to the pick up counter to request hot fries. It took about5 minutes to replace the fries at which time our tasty burgers were cold. We decided to eat our nice piping hot French friesbefore delving into our burgers. We realized at this point our meal was not going to match temperature wise like it did on ourfirst visit. So we left lopsided. We were offered coupons for complimentary fries on our next visit, which is nice. I wouldn?thave minded waiting even 7 minutes if our burgers and fries were both hot at the same time. To me, nothing is worse than havingpart of your meal hot and the other part cold. Read more
At nearly 10 dollars a burger and 4 for fries, you barely get a a full meal for 15 dollars. Nor do they give you the quality of... food you'd expect at such a price point. The burger pictured had terrible sauce distribution and the fries are lackluster, idmuch rather go somewhere else where id be able to get some good value for my money. Read more
