The staff here is really friendly and very helpful. The food is always cooked fast and there is usually not a long wait here.... Depending on when you go it's about 3 minutes to 10. The place is clean and they always have music playing. Plenty of seatinginside and I think a few spots outside. Parking could be a pain because of the other stores in the area but not to bad. Theportion size is huge!!! I ordered the regular katsu chicken plate and it's more then I can finish in one sitting, you can ordera smaller sizes. The food taste great and fresh. And they have a public restroom(some don't have one). The prices are good forwhat you get. Read more

I ordered DoorDash from here. They marked my order as ready at 1:47, yet I did not receive my order until 2:10, almost 25... minutes later. Then, when I got home, I found hair in both Chicken Katsu Musubi I ordered, as well as one of the Mini ChickenKatsu plates. The food tasted fine otherwise, but I was unable to eat half of my order. Terrible experience!!!! We ordered food for pickup, I live about 15 minutes away, picked it up and after getting home realized... they not only forgot a whole item (that was for our 5 year old) but also messed up one of the other items. I called and theysaid they would refund those items, it reflected on the app but our card was never refunded. So we paid for an item we neverreceived and one that was wrong, would not recommend. I'll also mention, while I was waiting for my order I had noticed acustomer return his pickup order because it was the wrong kind of meat entirely!!! Read more

Friendly srrvice, and food was prepared in a reasonable time. Ordered the BBQ kalbi ribs and the chicken katsu. Wife and I... enjoyed the ribs...the amount of rice and meat in a regular size platter is enough for 2, though I can probably finish a plateif I was really hungry. The chicken katsu was all right...a little tough in parts, but not bad. Really enjoyed the Filipinosausage musubi as well...nice twist to an island classic. Read more

Good quick BBQ to-go. The BBQ chicken plate and bqq mix platter with comes with a scoop of rice and mac salad.

Great food, but service is lacking. Went in to place *an order of spam masubi* receive it and one, very tiny 3dollar roll........ apparently every LL is franchise so... just go to other ones where you get 2/3 for the same amount.. Read more
