Decided to try this place after seeing the Wednesday special for their medium Volcano Tots. The place has an extensive menu and... I was excited to try a different take on Mexican food. The medium size was huge and I couldn't even manage to finish half ofthe serving. The food was fresh had a great assortment of toppings on the potato tots. From what I can remember this includedcarnitas, onions, guacamole, cheese, bbq sauce and chipotle sauce. Although initially the bbq sauce sounded odd to include inthis it added a wonderful sweetness not usually found in mexican dishes. One of the last few best Mexican Restaurants. Food actually tastes cooked and the sauces are NOT watery like many other... restaurants but thick and creamy (that’s how you know it’s good sauce). In fact I think you can even order sauces in bulk (Ithink they have 5 sauces). Carne Asada fries tastes crispy and great and meat tastes savory and not like boiled steak. 1st time, ordered a Bean and Rice burrito… found meat in it. Gave them another chance, this time a younger girl with... highlights was taking orders and had a nasty attitude to everyone… even to a young boy who just came to pick up. I order asingle Bean rice and cheese burrito, and it took long time to received, plenty of big orders passed me by. Confused because thefood wasn’t going out in order at times. Ex: 13 went before 9. Now the food…. The burrito was more like a Cheese burritowith little bit of bean and rice, the cheese was not melted at all, COLD cheese just packed in, it was hard to eat, the wholeexperience was no good.
