With someone I care about in a near by hospital, and with my emotions on edge, and with little sleep in the past 3 days, I... specifically wanted to go to Chick-fil-A. I am used to hearing "my pleasure", but instead, hear, "I'm sorry" when it was assumed I was ordering to-go. Wanting to sit down to collect my thoughts, instead, I have to wait at the side counter for myfood. I specifically asked for 3 different condiments but only received two. I am emotional, and don't want to talk to anyone,so I see condiment samples above the fountain sodas at the counter. I take a couple, only to hear an employee from behind thecounter non-politely say "if you need any sauses, all you need to do is ask." Been a very long time since I ate a Chick-fil-A. Moved to a location where they just weren't available. (Army overseas) Was... looking forward to getting one. Don't know if I built it up in my mind after so long without them or if they have changed overthe years. Just wasn't what I remember. Very disappointed with a tasteless slightly soggy sandwich.
