With someone I care about in a near by hospital, and with my emotions on edge, and with little sleep in the past 3 days, I... specifically wanted to go to Chick-fil-A. I am used to hearing "my pleasure", but instead, hear, "I'm sorry" when it was assumed I was ordering to-go. Wanting to sit down to collect my thoughts, instead, I have to wait at the side counter for myfood. I specifically asked for 3 different condiments but only received two. I am emotional, and don't want to talk to anyone,so I see condiment samples above the fountain sodas at the counter. I take a couple, only to hear an employee from behind thecounter non-politely say "if you need any sauses, all you need to do is ask." Been a very long time since I ate a Chick-fil-A. Moved to a location where they just weren't available. (Army overseas) Was... looking forward to getting one. Don't know if I built it up in my mind after so long without them or if they have changed overthe years. Just wasn't what I remember. Very disappointed with a tasteless slightly soggy sandwich. We love Chick -Fil-A we visit almost 4 times a week and the peach smoothie is super yummy and the frozen lemonade omg is so good... , I always order the coop salad and my boys the sandwiches and fries and soda . We love it Read more
Ordered delivery through the app and received a WHOLE different order. Extremely upset. Cove been calling not getting an answer... from anyone. What makes this all a bit crazy is the fact that my order if on the bag but everything inside isn?t what I ordered.I also spent 25.00 on this order all together. Read more
I stopped at this store while traveling with my family. The parking lot was a mad house, the inside of the store had customers... everywhere. I stood in line for10. Min before being able to order. While approaching the register, a young lady yells out?excuse you me you have go leave the store?. I looked around and she says you need a mask. I explained I had one on the car, socan I order and leave out. She said no I had to leave! I continued to explain, she then goes over to a guy and says ? you dealwith her?. The manager Dwayne then yells out ?excuse me you have to leave now! Causing the biggest scene in the store. I saidto the manager it?s not that serious how you?re acting sir. He commenced to rolling his head saying it is that serious I?vebeen on lock down for over a year etc.... I handed my daughter who did have on her mask my card and asked that she order forme. The manager Dwayne and the young lady stated she had to leave as well ?my daughter ?. They said they will not serve hereither and she couldn?t order for me..In all my years of being a customer I have NEVER experienced this type of customerservice. Point,.... the way these people handled this situation was totally unprofessional. The proper thing was to ask do youhave a mask and or can you please go get one. We are not residents of Montgomery county and are fully aware that each state hastheir own mandates. However their behavior was very belittling and degrading. Lastly my daughter did order my food in which Iordered a Cobb salad with no bacon, the manager purposely put bacon on the salad. So I will be reaching out to cooperate withthis issue. This location does not have a drive thru so it gets busy inside very quick! I?d just wish it was cleaner. One of the dirtiest... Chick-fil-A in this area. Floor not swept or cleaned. That is just surprising since there are many workers at this location; youwould think that it will be neat and service would take less time! It?s a bit disappointing. It is also often too crowded duringthis time. What is the capacity during covid? Any protocol to allow social distancing without being in another person space.Moreover, parking lot is a nightmare, is hard to navigate into. I?m being generous giving 1 star - just because my food was fresh. But aside from that ?! Dining room is dirty and disgusting. I... didn?t mind until I was told they don?t provide trays.
