The food ???? is great ???????? ???? ???? I like stopping there on my way to Huntsville, AL.
So Last week I went to Jack's in snead and got a deluxe breakfast. When I got to work and opened my food it was missing the eggs... and the hash browns. I called the store and spoke to a male manager. He was a very nice guy and said next time I come he wouldreplace the meal for free since I couldn't leave work for them to make it right the same day. I was told all I need to do iscome back and let cashier know and my name would be written down. So today (10-25-22) I stopped by to grab breakfast and toldccashier. She was rude and said she would give me eggs and hash brown's but not a meal. Really? Who wants hash brown's and eggsalone? She had a nasty attitude and "0" customer service skills. We eat here often because it clise to home but next time Ithink we will drive to the next Jack's. Needless to say I paid for my breakfast today and it's missing the biscuit. I eat lunch and or dinner at this Jack's almost daily and today more than ever there are 2 young ladies working the drive thru... that are extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention cussing and using ugly words while I was waiting on my food.. my orderended up being wrong too and when I ask her to fix it she got really mad and made some ugly gestures.
