The food ???? is great ???????? ???? ???? I like stopping there on my way to Huntsville, AL.
So Last week I went to Jack's in snead and got a deluxe breakfast. When I got to work and opened my food it was missing the eggs... and the hash browns. I called the store and spoke to a male manager. He was a very nice guy and said next time I come he wouldreplace the meal for free since I couldn't leave work for them to make it right the same day. I was told all I need to do iscome back and let cashier know and my name would be written down. So today (10-25-22) I stopped by to grab breakfast and toldccashier. She was rude and said she would give me eggs and hash brown's but not a meal. Really? Who wants hash brown's and eggsalone? She had a nasty attitude and "0" customer service skills. We eat here often because it clise to home but next time Ithink we will drive to the next Jack's. Needless to say I paid for my breakfast today and it's missing the biscuit. I eat lunch and or dinner at this Jack's almost daily and today more than ever there are 2 young ladies working the drive thru... that are extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention cussing and using ugly words while I was waiting on my food.. my orderended up being wrong too and when I ask her to fix it she got really mad and made some ugly gestures. Never get an order in drive thru and drive off without checking....you will regret it. They never get qn order right! Staff is... extremely rude at drive thru also, and better not ask for extra sauce even if you offer to pay...youwill not get it. Pleasecheck your food and money before driving off. Read more
Normally, the food is good but don't order the BBQ Bacon Patty Melt. First of all, unwrapping it and the bacon was all outside... the sandwich, so I thought. Horribly made there must of been a slab of bacon on it. Yes, you can get too much bacon. Second,they need to learn how to saluté onions.....they are not suppose to be raw and crunchy. Finally, hardly any patties, very thin.Not a good sandwich at all! I was very disappointed! Read more
